first time "BEST IN SHOW" has been awarded to a
Staffordshire Bull Terrier |

Critique: Best In Show
went to the Junior Staffordshire Bull Terrier
bitch AIRDSTOCK KATE KELLY who is absolutely
outstanding in her breed. She has that charisma which
makes a great show dog. Never letting up her showing for
a moment and most ably handled she looked a picture with
the gleaming close fitting coat which covered her
muscular body. She moved truly and well and just asked
for the BIS award, which it gave me great pleasure to
give her. |

My thanks go to the exhibitors and organisers alike for
a most happy and well run show – there is nothing so
good as a terrier and the terrier people in Australia
are out to prove it and they are on the right track –
keep up the good work – Terriers down under are on the
up and up…….. |
