I
seemed to have hit a rich seam of champions in this
class. Class looking specimen like her kennel mate. Not
quite as strong in the head of which I prefer. Strong
clean front, shoulder placement of the best one could
wish for. Level top line with good tail carriage. Moved
close behind. |

Oh what
a little cracker of a bitch. Excellent head – good stop,
depth throughout skull and foreface. No snipiness in
foreface. Round, dark eyes, set to look straight ahead.
Correct proportions of skull to fore face. Well placed
rose ears. Correct length of neck, clean shoulders.
Short coupled body with good rib. Correct bend of
stifle. I liked her overall balance – all her parts
seemed to be made for each other and although entirely
feminine she had strength as well as class. Her one draw
back for me was that she did not want to ‘show’ herself
and, in fact I found it best to assess her standing
completely freely and un-stacked on the lead. |

Well
balanced bitch with a feminine head, in complete balance
without any over exaggeration, broad & deep, short
muzzle, dark eyes, neat ears. Well angulated with level
top line, good strong muscular hindquarters with a
correctly carried "pump handle" tail. Moved well. |

was the quality, however this bitch is fine example of
the breed, powerful head deep as broad blocky muzzle
well constructed neck excellent shoulder placement super
front elevation and profile moved like she's been here
before. |

The
Best of four bitches that caught my eye. As soon as she
entered the ring I realised I had something special. A
magnificent Black Brindle with a white front. This bitch
had a great head, the best placed shoulders in the show,
strong neck which carried her head proudly on the move.
She held her topline firm whether standing or moving,
carried her tail well which had a beautiful bee sting
shape. Her movement was effortless and her strength
powerfully displayed. She was presented in top nick and
shown to perfection. I was looking for something to beat
her from the moment I finished going over her. I never
found it. Bitch CC Best in Show |

Black
Brindle – Nearly 8mths. This lass caught my eye as soon
as she came into the ring. A standard sized bitch with a
correct strong but feminine head and the darkest of
round eyes, her expression is lovely. Muzzle is short
and blunt with good rise of skull – nothing overdone.
She has a correct scissor bite with well-placed canines.
A balanced puppy who, when she settled, moved with
reach, drive and economy of effort and held her topline.
She is well boned with a good straight front and well
angled strong hind quarters that I like. She has the
balance of being strong, yet still feminine. Although
she is a youngster, I liked her very much and it was my
pleasure to award her Res BCC, Runner Up Best In Show
and Minor Puppy In Show. |

A
slightly older puppy, black brindle with a white front
and toes, she has a lovely underjaw and strength to her
skull. Her topline wasn't quite so sound as the
firstpuppy but she has a decent back end and showed
herself off well and with confidence. |
